Return & Refund Policy
At Branding Centres, we strive to provide high-quality products. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. General Policy: All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns based on "change of mind," buyer’s remorse, or accidental ordering. We strictly do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
2. Defective or Damaged Products Only
We only accept returns for items that are verified as defective or damaged upon arrival. A "defect" is defined as a manufacturing error or a functional failure of the product.
3. Timeframe for Claims
To be eligible for a return due to a defect, you must report the issue within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Claims made after this 7-day window will not be accepted, regardless of the condition of the product.
4. Proof of Purchase & Verification
To process a claim, you must provide:
A valid receipt or order number.
Clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.
Photos of the packaging if the damage occurred during shipping.
Please note: We reserve the right to request the original product be returned to us for inspection before a refund is issued.
5. Inspection and Final Decision
The acceptance of a return is at the sole discretion of Branding Centres. Once we receive your claim (and the returned item, if applicable), we will inspect it. We reserve the right to deny a return if:
The product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration.
The damage was caused by improper handling or misuse by the customer.
The claim was filed outside the 7-day window.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exclusions (What We Do Not Cover)
To protect our operations, the following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return:
Customer Error: Spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, or incorrect design files submitted by the customer.
Color Variations: Slight differences in color between the digital proof/screen and the actual physical product (due to screen calibration and print variances).
Improper Care: Damage caused by failing to follow care or installation instructions.
Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs.
