Upload Design (Security 60lb Uncoated Envelopes)

Please follow the instructions below to ensure your Security 60lb Uncoated Envelopes are printed to the highest quality:

• Size: Ensure your design fits two variations: 4.125 x 9.5 inches for Window #10 envelope and 4.125 x 9.5 inches for No Window #10 envelope.
• Print: Your design will be printed on one side only (Single Sided).
• Coating: Choose the 'Uncoated' option for your envelopes for a traditional look and feel.
• Coverage: Select your coverage based on the amount of ink used on the envelope: 1% - 25%, 26% - 50%, or 51% - 75%.
• Full Bleed Dimensions: For best results, use full bleed dimensions. This ensures that background colors and patterns extend fully to the edge of the envelope.
• Safe Margin: Keep all critical text and graphics within the safe margin to prevent any important information from being cut off during printing.
• Resolution: Your design should be at a resolution of at least 300 dpi to ensure crisp and clear printing.
