The printing on these uncoated envelopes is single-sided to ensure your message is clear and direct. When it comes to coating, we keep it uncoated to maintain the envelope's classic texture and readability.
Ink Coverage Options:
- Light Coverage: 1% - 25%
- Medium Coverage: 26% - 50%
- Heavy Coverage: 51% - 75%
To ensure your design is printed accurately without any important elements running off the edge, consider using full bleed dimensions. We recommend extending your design slightly beyond the edge of the final print size to account for cutting tolerances. Additionally, always keep critical text and graphics within the safe margin to avoid trimming issues.
Design and Resolution Best Practices:
For optimal printing results, we require artwork to be submitted with a resolution of at least 300 dpi (dots per inch). This ensures your designs are sharp and clear when printed.
